Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy

We hope that you will be satisfied with all purchases you make from us. If for some reason you are not satisfied, we will issue you a refund under the following conditions:

1. Returns must be made and received by us within 30 days of delivery or receipt.

2. Merchandise must be in original condition or have been received damaged.

3. You must have purchased the merchandise directly from Crosslink Apparel.


Crosslink Apparel will reimburse return postage costs only if we shipped the wrong item/size or in the case of damaged goods.

 

Return Procedure

For refund processing, email sales@crosslinkapparel.com, or call 330-614-7322.

In the event of damaged goods, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and Return Shipping Label will be emailed to you. To help with processing the return postage claim, please include photos of damaged items and the shipping box they were received in.


For non-refundable shipping, please return your item in its original condition and packaging.


Please include all original paperwork with your return.


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
